  Today was my two 3 year olds first dental cleaning, and my first cleaning in 3 years. They were absolutely amazing with my girls - they were patient and spend time with them to make sure they were comfortable. They did not force them to do anything that the girls were nervous about. Their happiness was the most important thing to them. Dr. Walker and his staff were extremely thorough and did an excellent job when it was my turn. This staff was the nicest staff I've ever encountered, and we're extremely happy to be patients here! Thank you Dr. Walker, Renee, and Erica!

  Because of poor dental experiences elsewhere in the past, I have moderate dental anxiety and fear. I chose to give Carnes Crossroads a chance because of their incredible online reviews and affordable sedation options. Since my first cleaning here, each person I have been taken care of by has made my visit personalized to my needs and comfort. They have each exceeded my expectations on the kind of treatment I have ever expected to receive from a dental team, from regular cleanings to other procedures. Today I was under the care of Dr. Walker and Sean for a couple dental procedures lasting about 3 hours, including the time it took to receive oral sedation. Sean immediately went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, explaining the procedure and answering any questions I had. He and Dr. Walker were an awesome team minimizing any and all discomfort from start to finish, physically and emotionally (because of my fear). At one point I recall feeling discomfort at the start of the procedure, and both gentlemen quickly jumped into action, removing the debris cover they had just carefully placed, in order to swiftly and efficiently inject more anesthetic. This amazed me because it was only the slightest grimace on my face that made them react so quickly, and their thoughtfulness and immediate response to my need for comfort really made a world of difference for me. I was tended to with this much care the entire time, each time I've visited the office. I'm very thankful to have found Carnes Crossroads and I look forward to being a patient here for years to come.
